Course Overview
- In recent years, the government has actively promoted the development of sports and related industries. With the completion of large-scale facilities such as GO PARK Sai Sha and the Kai Tak Sports Park, and with growing resources dedicated to promoting sports at the community and school levels, the pace of hosting major sporting events and expanding sports economy has accelerated. To cultivate talents to meet the needs of society, CUSCS offers the one-year full-time Diploma Programme in Sports Performance and Innovation (DSI).
- This programme is designed to enhance students’ professional knowledge in sports science, sports injuries management, and fitness appraisals, while exploring the applications of smart technology and the development trends of newly emerged sports. Through innovative curriculum design, students will acquire both theoretical foundations and practical skills, enabling them to pursue further studies or enter the workforce.
- The DSI Programme also includes a Homeform Teacher System. The caring homeform teacher offers guidance and support, ensuring that students experience a smooth transition to college education.
