Course Overview
This is a complete re-development of the certificate programme on project management previously offered. During the past two decades we have been witnessing the ever-increasing adoption of project management techniques in solving most critical management problems. Unsuccessful projects are too common in any industries due to its high risk and uncertainty. It is important therefore for project teams, including the project managers, team members, project sponsors and customers to realize the many different aspects involved in project management of diverse disciplines if successful projects are to be achieved.
