職業訓練局(VTC)轄下的匯縱專業發展中心(IVDC)，聯同稻苗飲食專業學會合辦「食物業牌照及相關設施管理證書課程」，對象為在職飲食從業員及將會從事食物業人士，是次課程由前資深食環署督察教授。培訓學員食物業牌照申請、續領及設施管理應用知識，並符合食物環境衛生署之牌照申請及設施管理條件。
