Course Overview

Aroma Academy Foundation Sensory Course develops Sensory Skills to help you identify and articulate the aromas and flavours of wine.
This includes recognition, vocabulary, calibrating, aroma profiling as well as touching on wine faults.

You will be given Sensory Aroma Kit with 18 aromas, aroma sticks and a comprehensive Foundation Sensory Analysis booklet.

This course is suitable for all students as it has no pre-requisites.

Those who pass the exam will get an official certificate issued by The Aroma Academy.
