Course Overview
INTRODUCTION
A key component of managing a successful business is being able to adjust to changes in the market and the
business environment. HR professionals play a role in leading organizational change. In order to better match HR strategies with changing business objectives, participants will redefine the role of the HR as a Business Partner.
