(i) Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or a qualification of equivalent standard) in construction and engineering related disciplines from a recognized institution; OR hold a membership of recognized professional institutions in the field of architecture, engineering and construction;
AND
(ii) Have a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in construction industry;
AND
(iii) Project director or above in an organisation.
