Course Overview
INTRODUCTION
All of us would like to think we communicate well, but in reality, few people can truly communicate
effectively. Yet, it is one of the most crucial skills anyone can have, be it in a social environment or
at work, for it is through communication that ideas are expressed and explored, conflicts resolved,
solutions negotiated and, ultimately, the intended objectives met.
This workshop is designed to break the vicious circle and suggests methods of effective communication
that are clear, focused and time saving. We should be able to keep in touch and be ‘in the loop’ without
wasting unnecessary time on communication.
