Course Aim
水務署推出「大廈優質供水認可計劃-食水（管理系統）」，鼓勵業主/物業管理人員參加此「計劃」，加強保障其建築物的食水水質；為了優化此計劃，水務署將實施一項新要求，所有於2020年7月1日或之後遞交的新申請/續期申請，均需由已接受有關建築物水安全計劃培訓及通過「公開考試**」評核的合資格人士，簽署當中的建築物水安全計劃內的丙部 － 建築物風險評估簡表；及戊部 表2 － 合資格人士執行的常規檢查／巡視 (https://www.wsd.gov.hk/en/core-businesses/water-quality/buildings/fresh-water-management-system-/index.html)。本課程特別為業界提供此項相關培訓。對於已經完成培訓及通過評估的人士，將符合其中一項資格*被納入水務署擬備的: “已接受有關建築物水安全計劃培訓的合資格人士名單”。他們可以在此「計劃」中協助進行風險評估。
**必須符合資格的專業人士(屋宇裝備工程師 BSEs、屋宇測量師BSs 或持牌水喉匠LPs) 才可參加「公開考試**」
