目的
為了提高全港食店及食物工場的衞生管理,食物環境衞生署要求「食物業處所」必須委任曾修讀過基本食物衞生 課程的僱員為衞生經理/衛生督導員,監督其所屬「食物業處所」的運作,確保食店/食物工場遵守與食物業有關的規例及守則,並訂為新發牌條件。

What You’ll Learn

對象
​適合從事飲食行業的主管級人員及已完成衞生督導員課程之人士,特別針對提升有關從業員的食物安全衞生知識和應用,以符合法例的要求。

衞生督導員學員可獲豁免部份課程
學員如已完成食物環境衞生署之衞生督導員課程,則可豁免出席首天課程(學員只需要出席第二及第三天課程)。

課程認可資格及證書頒發
1.獲食物環境衞生署認可為食物衛生經理的資格證書

學員在成功修畢此課程及考試合格後,可獲頒發證書,此證書獲食物環境衞生署認可為食物衛生經理的資格。
