Course Overview

課程目標:

讓學員掌握調酒技巧,基本拋樽技巧,酒吧營運知識,了解行業文化及要求,以投身調酒員或相關工作

入學條件:

i. 18歲或以上;及
ii. 中五學歷程度,或中三學歷程度及具兩年或以上工作經驗;及
iii. 能閱讀及理解中文及簡單英文

訓練期:

128小時(12天全日,8天半日)
