The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has put the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor Scheme into practice to strengthen food safety supervision in all licensed food premises. All large food premises and other food premises producing high-risk food are necessary to appoint at least one Hygiene Manager and one Hygiene Supervisor.
What You’ll Learn
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
understand the importance of food hygiene and food safety
strengthen the safety and hygiene of the food premises and restaurants
obtain the Hygiene Manager certificate accredited by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
