Successful applicants will receive a scholarship of up to the value of HK$200,000, which includes partial or full tuition waivers, and a merit-based stipend. Furthermore, scholarship recipients will be given priority by individual programmes to stay at our on-campus hostels.

Course Overview
Aims of the Programme
The OPEM programme is a one-year full-time or two-year part-time inter-disciplinary programme, combines combining advanced training in education management and organisational psychology with a capstone project based upon students selected organizations. The OPEM programme offers students a rich experiential learning environment through interacting with leading scholars in the education management and applied psychology fields. The combination of three different types of learning, namely core courses, capstone and summer school, can benefit students academically in class and practically at work. In particular, core courses will equip students with academic knowledge on various organisational psychology and education management theories and concepts.
The OPEM programme aims to:
- Equip students with a broad knowledge, understanding of organisational psychology in education management (e.g. The role of leadership in school settings)
- Nurture students to become critical thinkers and problem solvers who could tackle issues in education management with a holistic approach
- Offer a wide range of experiential learning opportunities for critical analysis and perform reflective practice review of educational management in a wider policy context
- Conduct contemporary policy analysis and organisational research in education setting through engagements with practitioners and the wider policy community.
