Course Overview
Introduction
The tasks of a quantity surveyor are challenging and varied. This programme provides you with a route to becoming a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Apart from developing the skills of project management, negotiation and dispute resolution which are applied throughout the project, you will also learn how to use the subject-specific software associated with quantity surveying.

Entry Requirements
Holders of a VTC Higher Diploma (HD) from one of the following programmes:
HD in Building Studies
HD in Civil Engineering
HD in Surveying
OR
Holders of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant Engineering area from a recognised tertiary education will also be considered.
English Proficiency Requirements
Applicants holding post-secondary qualifications (e.g. Higher Diploma, Associate Degree) taught and assessed in English from recognised institutions;
OR
At least an overall IELTS score of 6.0, or equivalent;
OR
Applicants whose first language is English.
