PROFESSIONAL TRAINER
Jackson Tsang is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality, with a specialized focus on seafood supply chain traceability and sustainability. Currently, he serves as a Project Manager at SGS Hong Kong. In this role, he manages food product projects and ensures compliance with internationally recognized standards such as GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food Safety, and notably, MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) and ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody.
With over a decade of experience as an MSC/ASC CoC lead auditor, Jackson has conducted numerous second and third-party external assessments across a broad range of sectors within the food industry, including hotels, catering, trading, warehousing, and central food processing.
Beyond his auditing expertise, Jackson is adept at providing training on ISO 22000, HACCP, and MSC/ASC Chain of Custody. His extensive background and practical experience have positioned him as a dependable collaborator and valued participant in the field of seafood traceability and sustainability.
