入學條件
1. 持有由認可專上教育機構頒發的建築(architecture)、工程(engineering)、測量(surveying)或建造(construction)相關高級文憑；或同等學歷；及2. 具備2年或以上建造業有關範疇的管理工作經驗，如建築、工程、測量或建造等；及3. 完成建造業議會認證的建築信息模擬協調員課程
證書頒發
1. 結業證書
(i) 出席課程18小時或以上；
(ii) 完成所有持續評核；
(iii) 完成期末評核及取得合格成績；
(iv) 取得課程平均分50分或以上。
