- 簡介工料測量的工作程序、標準量數方法及量數的基本概念重溫；
- 地下結構包括：坭井及混凝土工程(混凝土、板模、鋼筋)；水喉及地下渠務工作包括：水喉(潔具、喉管及與其配合之有關建造工作)及地下渠務工程；
- 上蓋結構包括：混凝土工程(混凝土、板模、鋼筋)；建築物的外殼及裝飾包括：砌磚、防水工程、細木工(木門)、鐵及金屬工程(鐵門及窗)、批盪及鋪瓦、玻璃及髹漆工程。
