入學資格
- 香港合資格僱員 (即合法在香港居留並可無條件自由受僱或工作的人士，包括香港永久性居民及新來港定居人士)；及
- 年齡在18歲或以上；及
- 失業、待業或失學人士，並具有就業意欲；及
- 中五學歷程度；或中三學歷程度及具兩年或以上工作經驗；及
- 能閱讀及理解中文及簡單英文；及 對調酒工作有興趣；及
- 須通過面試。
