INTRODUCTION
This five-session leadership program takes an insideout approach, empowering managers to gain a deeper understanding of their leadership styles through the MyersBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI). By blending personality theories with the latest management frameworks, participants will develop a wide range of essential managerial skills, including listening, coaching, motivation, conflict resolution, and adaptability through situational leadership techniques.
OBJECTIVES
• Understand MBTI personality types and their impact on leadership styles.
• Develop advanced coaching skills to enhance staff performance
• Learn techniques for effectively engaging and motivating diverse teams
• Master conflict resolution strategies to maintain team harmony
• Apply situational leadership principles to adapt to varying individual characteristics

- Overview of MBTI and personality preferences
- Discover your MBTI personality type
- Learn how your personality type may influence leadership style
B. Advanced Coaching Skills for Leaders
- Foundations of coaching: Understanding the role of a coach vs. a manager
- Active listening, powerful questioning, and constructive feedback techniques
- Coach for growth: Helping team members identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Practical exercises and role-play in coaching scenarios to build confidence and effectiveness.
C. Engaging & Motivating Teams
- Engage teammates through empowering and trust
- Learn the principles and approach to generating buy-in from staff
- Acquire tips on recognition and praising for greater performance
D. Conflict Resolution
- Understand the key to effective use of conflict resolution modes
- List the steps to participatory team decision-making towards positive outcome
- Learn the facilitation skills of leaders for reaching team consensus
E. Situational Leadership
- Understanding the principles of situational leadership
