Course Overview
INTRODUCTION 簡介:
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has put the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor Scheme into practice to strengthen food safety supervision in all licensed food premises. All large food premises and other food premises producing high-risk food are necessary to appoint at least one Hygiene Manager and one Hygiene Supervisor.
食物環境衞生署推行「衞生經理及衞生督導員計劃」,規定每間大型食店 / 食物工場及製造高風險食物的食店 / 食物工場必 須派出職員修讀由認可院校舉辦的正規食物衞生訓練課程,然後再為廠內其他前線員工提供基本食物衞生培訓。所有大型 食店或食物工場及製造高風險食物的食店或食物工場,必須委任一名衞生經理及一名衞生督導員,其他食店或食物工場則 須委任一名衞生經理或一名衞生督導員。
DESIGNED FOR 適合參加人士:
Executives working in the food and catering industry or people who are aspired to work in this industry從事食品製造及餐飲業的在職人士,有意投身食品行業的人士
COMPLETION REQUIREMENT 完成課程要求:
Participants who achieve attendance of 100% and pass the examination will be awarded a Hygiene Supervisor certificate. 學員需 100% 出席率,並在考試中合格,方可獲得食物衞生督導員證書。

What You’ll Learn
UPON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE, PARTICIPANTS WILL 學員在課程完結後,可以:
understand the importance of food hygiene and food safety 了解食物衞生及食品安全的重要性
strengthen the safety and hygiene of the food premises and restaurants 加強食物工場及食店的安全及衞生
obtain the Hygiene Supervisor certificate accredited by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department 考取食物環境 衞生署認可之衞生督導員資格
