What You’ll Learn
How it works:
- Bring one bottle of South Italian and Island's wine (label covered upon arrival).
- Each wine will be tasted blind in a group setting.
- Together, participants will guess the grape variety, region, and style, sharing discoveries and tasting impressions.
- An AWSEC educator will unravel the stories behind each wine’s identity and what makes it distinctive.
