Course Overview

A beginner-level introduction to wine - suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine. This qualification provides a basic introduction to the main types and styles of wine available to front-line staff involved in the service or sale of wine. The qualification aims to provide the basic product knowledge and skills in the storage and service of wine required to prepare a person for their first job in wine hospitality or retail.

This course:
