Course Overview

基本條件:
18歲或以上之本港合資格僱員

入讀條件:
i. 具半年或以上飲食廚務相關工作經驗;或
ii. 持有資歷架構「過往資歷認可」機制在餐飲業(中式菜系)的能力單元評審中,取得「 廚藝切配﹝砧板﹞」或「廚藝烹飪﹝爐頭﹞」其中一個專項達一級資歷資格;或
iii.持有由僱員再培訓局頒發的下列任何課程的畢業證書或同等資歷:
「茶餐廳廚吧助理基礎證書」課程、「廚務助理基礎證書」課程、「京川滬菜初級廚師基礎證書」課程、「泰越菜式廚務助理基礎證書」課程、「日本料理初級廚師基礎證書」課程

上課時間 : 星期一至四 9:00am - 6:00pm 、星期五 9:00am - 1:00pm
