This course equips administrative staff without technical backgrounds to understand core concepts of generative AI and its workplace impact, and to apply AI tools safely, ethically, and effectively to streamline everyday tasks and improve efficiency.

The course starts with a mandatory 3-hour core session for first-time participants. After completing the core session, corporate clients can choose from a range of 3-hour elective sessions tailored to their needs.
