- MS PowerPoint應用︰基本投影片製作、精靈報表、文字效果、圖片效果、快取圖案及文字方塊；聲音、影片及動畫的運用；母片、互動式簡報製作、投影片的放映(如自訂動畫、動作設定及投影片切換)及列印等
入學資格
- 香港合資格僱員 (即合法在香港居留並可無條件自由受僱或工作的人士，包括香港永久性居民及新來港定居人士)；及
- 年齡在15歲或以上；及
- 持有僱員再培訓局頒發的「電腦概念和鍵盤操作基礎證書 (兼讀制)」或同等資歷*；或
- 通過基本電腦知識入學測試
