入學資格
- 香港合資格僱員 (即合法在香港居留並可無條件自由受僱或工作的人士，包括香港永久性居民及新來港定居人士)；及
- 年齡在15歲或以上；及
- 具一年或以上飲食業工作經驗；或
- 持有資歷架構「過往資歷認可」機制在餐飲業的能力單元評審中，取得任何一個專項達一級資歷資格
