Course Overview
This course aims to help learners to keep pace with sustainability in commercial sector, allow learners to have an in-depth understanding of ESG and sustainability issues in the business world, and master relevant theoretical knowledge, industry trends, and practical methods of CEPAR applications.
We have started collaboration with the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD) for the course of ESG Series: Sustainable Banking and Finance (course code: 829362) since July 2022. The background of ICSD as below:
- ICSD is a registered non-profit making organization: https://www.icsd-global.org/
- The designation of “Certified ESG Planner CEP®” aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills to cope with our world's most pressing ESG issues. In addition, CEP® holders can address sustainability problems and provide timely advisory services.
- CEP® is a trademark granted by the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD)* and registered with the United Nations SDGs Knowledge Platform. (Registration No.: 39533).
Upon completing the course and achieving a pass of the assignment, students will be granted the Certificate of Completion from CUSCS and the Certified ESG Planner credential from ICSD (administration and membership fee applied).
Students will be provided with teaching notes that tailor-made in Chinese, 2 hours pre-produced video clips about global ESG trends, case studies and reading references, etc.
