水務署正在製訂一項調查飲用水中含有過量金屬含量的建築物水管系統的方法，並就這項方法舉辦培訓工作坊。 對於已經完成培訓的顧問公司或人士，並在培訓工作坊結束時通過評估，將符合其中一項資格*被納入水務署擬備的: 調查飲用水中金屬含量過量 – “合資格顧問名單” 或 “合資格人士名單” 。他們可以為政府進行上述管道系統調查工作。
