Introduction

  • The legal landscape of intellectual property is getting more and morecomplicated and demands and expectation over public officers are ever-growing. In view of these, there is a need to enhance the understanding of public officers of key legal issues and practices regarding intellectual property law in Hong Kong which are pertaining to their work.
  • The aim of this training is to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the necessary legal knowledge and practical skills in relation to the intellectual property law in Hong Kong, and their relevance of the knowledge to their work.
