My exposure to AI for Marketing and Advertising Excellence started as early as the 2010s, with Early Adoption in (2010–2015) when AI use was limited, mostly rule-based or algorithmic like

· Programmatic Advertising began using early AI to automatically bid on ads in real-time (Real-Time Bidding, RTB).

· Google and Facebook introduced algorithm-driven ad delivery based on user behavior.

· Basic predictive analytics started helping marketers segment audiences or optimize email open rates.

I continued to learn with Mainstream Emergence of AI for Marketing and Advertising Excellence during 2016–2019 when AI matured with deep learning, NLP, and more affordable cloud computing:

· Chatbots powered by AI began to appear on websites (e.g., Drift, Intercom).

· Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn launched AI-powered ad optimization tools.

· Marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce began integrating AI for lead scoring and personalization.

· Recommendation engines, like Netflix and Spotify, began shaping consumer expectations.

I learnt a lot more with Explosion of Use Cases in 2020–2023 when COVID-19 accelerated digital transformation and AI adoption:

· Brands leaned on AI for personalization at scale due to shifts to digital buying behavior.

· NLP models like GPT-3 (2020) revolutionized content generation, chatbot capabilities, and copywriting.

· Tools like Persado, Copyai, Jasper began writing high-converting marketing content.

· AI-driven creative optimization helped marketers test and scale visuals, videos, and messaging automatically.

And I continue to learn more in this Excellence Era (2023–Present) with GPT-4, multimodal AI, and tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, AI moved from support to strategic driver:

· AI can now forecast campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize cross-channel strategies in real time.

· Marketing Co-Pilots (like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, and HubSpot AI) help teams execute faster, smarter.

· AI in image, video, and design generation lets brands keep up with content demand.

    Not suitable for SMBs, maybe big companies who are using big data, Google Cloud or Salesforce, Azzure or they can develop their own agent. Not showing you what to do in a demo style, reading the slide is an old school presentation and the content is not interesting No update with latest changes in chatgpt, Jasper or new ai tools
