(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) 持續評估 Continuous Assessment (100%): (i) 習作 Assignment (30%); (ii) 小組研習 Group Project (70%) (B) Completion Requirements: (1) At least 50% of overall passing mark (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) At least 50% of overall passing mark (2) The minimum attendance requirement for an individual programme/module is 70% of the maximum possible attendance, where maximum possible attendance includes normal class attendance only

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
The applicants should possess: (1) One year work experience; or currently employed in relevant industry; and (2) (a) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent; or (b) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent ; or (c) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; or (d) Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written; or (e) Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by the respective Programme Board AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written. [Mature Applicants: Applicants who are aged 21 or above on 1 September of the year of application and do not meet the minimum entrance requirements may apply through the mature applicant route. Applicants choosing to apply through this route must demonstrate sufficient motivation, knowledge and potential to indicate a higher probability of being able to complete the programme successfully. Where appropriate, the applicant may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form.]

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
(1) A recognized degree in Business, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (2) At least 3 years’ teaching / working experience at tertiary level in Hong Kong or relevant industry experience; (3) Good communication and presentation skills, and writing skills in both in English and Chinese; (4) Preference will be given to candidates with solid experience in teaching programmes in Design Thinking for Banking and Finance
