(A) Types of Assessments and their Weightings: (1) Laboratory work: 10% (2) Test: 10% (3) Project: 20% (4) Examination: 60% (B) Course Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Attendance Requirement: 70% (2) Pass and achieve an overall grade at C (50%)

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
For Year 1 Entry : (1) For applying on the basis of the HKDSE results : Level 3 or above in the HKDSE English Language and Chinese Language; AND (2) Level 2 or above in the HKDSE Mathematics and one Elective Subject (must be Level 2 or above in the HKDSE Biology / Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics Extended Module 1 or 2); AND (3) an “Attained” in Citizenship and Social Development; OR Equivalent. [a maximum of two ApL subjects can be counted for admission purpose. Relevant ApL subjects include: Automotive Technology, Building Facilities Engineering, Building Technology, Aviation Studies, Electrical and Energy Engineering, Digital Construction, Constructing Smart Cities, Tech Basics and AI and Robotics.] [Applicants may be required to attend an interview.] For Year 3 Entry : (1) Higher Diploma OR equivalent sub-degree qualifications/studies in a relevant area of study.

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
(1) a recognised master’s degree, and preferably with teaching experience at tertiary level and/ or experience in professional practice in the relevant field; (2) good interpersonal and social skills; and (3) high proficiency in English and preferably in Chinese, including Putonghua.
