Hold a degree in engineering or science, or the equivalent; or be a graduate member or a non-member qualified for graduate membership of a professional institution
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
Knowledgeable with a well-recognized higher degree (preferably doctorate level) and significant practical experience, minimum 5-years’ experience, in the relevant areas. Membership in relevant professional institutions, such as HKSQ (Hong Kong Society for Quality), ASQ (American Society for Quality), HKIE (Hong Kong Institution of Engineers), IET (The Institution of Engineering Technology), etc. is a preference.

What You’ll Learn
(1) Define various dimensions of quality in product and service delivery systems, with emphasis in customer orientation. (5 hrs) (2) Outline the evolution and principles of modern quality management theories and practices. (9 hrs) (3) Apply the concepts and principles of quality systems in developing organization wide quality management systems. (10 hrs) (4) Integrate and apply key elements of Total Quality Management (TQM): strategic quality management, leadership, customer focus and satisfaction, supplier partnership, employee involvement, performance measures, etc. in developing organization wide quality improvement programs.
