i. 具一年或以上飲食業工作經驗 或;持有資歷架構「過往資歷認可」機制在餐飲業的能力單元評審中,取得任何一個專項達一級資歷資格

凡年齡15-17歲未具中學畢業學歷程度的待業/待學青年人,應報讀「青年培育計劃」課程。
