Power BI is an incredibly powerful, self-service Business Intelligence (BI) solution from Microsoft. It is the perfect Business Intelligence tool for people with limited technical experience.
In this Power BI course, we start by looking at Power Query, and how to use this tool to organize and clean our data. We then show you how to build a Data Model and relate separate tables. After that, we teach you all about the data analysis language DAX in Power BI. Finally, we look at how to present this data using the charts and graphs available.

This was a good introductory course however given it was originally put together in 2020 it could do with a full revision to bring it up to date with many of the tweaks to UI and functionality that is now present in Power BI in 2025. It is still possible to get value out of the course however at times you will need to go searching for items that are no longer in the exact same place or format as when the course was created.

It would have helped if the instructor had the same version of Power BI as I do. There were multiple visualizations that I did not have on my newer version of Power BI.
