Colin, thank you. This was very good. I was hoping that you would have a section on Vertical Lookup. Also, as of this morning, there is no Resource file for Section 10: Conditional Formatting.

This is the second time I have had this learning. This time was exceptional. Colin had great practice worksheets that I could go through (even more than once). It was functional to the business community and using/managing data and time for efficient outcomes.
