    I don't think there are any improvements to be done on this course because it is clear to me, I always use Microsoft Outlook 2010 but I had no idea I can do so much to make my daily life easier.

    the course is pretty good. I have been using outlook for couple of years and I was still able to learn couple of new things. If you are complete beginner, then this is a good course. If you have already been using outlook for sometime, then you may learn some 20% of new stuffs.
