Learn Outlook 2010 by Simon Sez IT is a 5-hour course consisting of two chapters. Chapter 1 is geared towards the basics of the program so you can get up to speed using Outlook 2010. Get started opening the Outlook client, then configure your email accounts and discover how to use contacts. The second chapter takes you beyond the basics. I don't think there are any improvements to be done on this course because it is clear to me, I always use Microsoft Outlook 2010 but I had no idea I can do so much to make my daily life easier.

Good course. At times a bit basic, but picked up a few things that I didn't know that have applied in the work place. So good value for money in my opinion.

the course is pretty good. I have been using outlook for couple of years and I was still able to learn couple of new things. If you are complete beginner, then this is a good course. If you have already been using outlook for sometime, then you may learn some 20% of new stuffs.
