Work will always expand to fill the time you give it. Like weeds in your garden, it sneaks in and takes over unless you actively keep it in check. And that’s what this course is all about: taking back control.
In this course, I’ll walk you through a whole load of practical strategies to help you get the most out of your job and your personal life—without burning out in the process. We’ll cover how to set boundaries, how to stop work from leaking into your evenings, and how to enjoy both sides of your life more fully.

Yes, this was a great course. Work gets busy and it's easy to forget how important it is to have a work life balance, especially when there is work creep from turnover. Management tends to expect you do your work plus all the work of the team member who left. There has to be boundaries because soon you find yourself staying late in the evening and working on weekends to keep up.
