Great content and the added lab simulations is a nice bonus!

John's instruction was quick, precise, and to the point. Microsoft seems to be making the job tough with all their changes, but John pointed this out where needed so it was obvious why things didn't quite match up. Very well put together course!

This course was well-paced and did a great job of explaining many technical aspects of Teams and the administrative tasks involved in managing the Teams environment within an organization. The included simulations are nice for getting a bit of exposure to the UI elements for certain tasks when you either don't have an M365 environment to follow along in, or if you don't want to replicate the tasks in a production M365 environment you do have access to.

The course is a very high level overview of everything and doesn't go deep at all into any areas.
