    Course did help me to see sage cloud but the structure of the course is lacking. it would be better to stick to day to day operations for each section and then show the accountants bits for more advanced users in later sections. I followed as I have experience and just needed refresher, but not sure I would have got it if starting new. Trainer started telling where to create budgets but then finished lesson without finding where to see comparisons to actual. He had to go back to it in next lesson, once he had had time to find out. Kept talking of payment received when showing how to make a supplier's payment and lots of back and forth to find things, which is not helpful if you are trying to learn. It still was helpful to find my way through this product as I just needed a review so thank you.

    The training overall was very informative and provided a solid understanding of Sage Business Cloud Accounting. I appreciated the depth of content and the clear explanations throughout most of the course. However, a few sections felt a bit rough or unscripted, and some demonstrations didn’t flow smoothly. It would be even better if those portions were re-recorded or edited for clarity to create a more fluid learning experience. Still, a great course and very helpful for strengthening Sage system skills.

    The content is wonderful, but the sound quality is not great. I have the sound tuned to the loudest on my PC, but I still have to listen very carefully to make out everything. It is not the presenter's wonderful accent; it is a technical issue that can be improved on by using a professional microphone.
