Not yet fully aligned with ITIL 5, even though it claims to be. Most likely, time-to-market was the reason for mentioning this in some chapters, in order to position the course as one of the firsts aligned with ITIL 5. Also, the quality of the recordings is very low – the volume is very low and it varies from one video to another. No problem with the accent, as learners are not always native speakers, and those who regularly follow online courses are already used to different accents.

Ir was a good match. I appreciated the openness about the accent matter. For me it's not too much of a problem.
