The course content itself is generally solid and aligns with the ITIL 4 DPI syllabus, but the question design makes the learning experience more frustrating than it needs to be. Many of the questions are written using negative phrasing (“Which of the following should NOT be done…”) or depend on subtle wording changes such as “you must not” instead of “you must”. These differences often test reading trickery rather than actual understanding, which makes it difficult to tell whether a wrong answer reflects a lack of knowledge or simply poor wording. That said, the course has helped me revise. It reinforces concepts and exposes me to a range of scenario styles. My main struggle isn’t with the subject matter itself, but with how the questions are structured and at times the grammar. A clearer, more consistent question format would make the practice far more effective and less ambiguous. Would still recommend and purchase if I was sitting DPI again! Thank you.
