El contenido me parece bien , el orden en el que se encuentra es un poco confuso pero sigue siendo bueno. The content is good, the order is a little bit confusing but it still a great choice to learn.

While Mr. Mill covers a wealth of valuable information in this course, there were a number of things that bothered me, rooted in the belief that it is too ambitious. * Primarily, he does not seem to know who his audience is. He covers some topics (such as the OSI model and hardware components) from a basic, fundamental level; but some lessons presume having a certain level of pre-existing knowledge that would be required to understand it when the course is marketed at beginners (such as the one on Cisco Packet Tracer, which contains concepts and jargon that were not covered previously). Perhaps it would be smart to split this massive course into separate ones geared at people at different points in their career. * Lack of coherence. Chapters appear to be individual chunks put in a random order, and content is repeated in more than one lesson. For example, the first 2 lessons on firewalls contain basically the same information; and it would have been more logical to have the second lesson first as it defines what a firewall is. It would also be preferable to have the 2 chapters on firewalls (15 and 16) incorporated into or immediately after the one on cybersecurity (9). * Windows 10 will be unsupported in less than a week, and he speaks from the perspective as if we have yet to migrate to Windows 11 and are not familiar with the new features on the latest OS. * Multiple typos and speaking flubs that could have been corrected or edited out prior to making it available to the public. * The quizzes are too easy. I could probably answer most questions correctly without even listening to the courses, in that the correct answers seem obvious at times. * Material that doesn't seem to belong here. I don't understand the utility of a lesson on interviewing etiquette, as it is not related to the subject of the course (providing technical skill support). * Uneven coverage of subject matter. The 2+ hour course on backups and 3.5 hour course on VoIP seemed excessive. Yes, they are important; but the same material probably could have been covered in half the time by sticking to the bullet points. Whereas other, possibly more important topics such as subnetting and DNS are covered so briefly that I needed to do extra research in order to be able to understand them. Other important concepts, like network topology and DNS zones, are not covered at all (to my knowledge). All that being said, lesson 2 (IT Help Desk - With Real Examples) was fantastic, providing content that is likely unique to this course and from the perspective of someone who has been in the IT field for long enough to be able to share his advice. The downloadable resources were also very useful and include tips that I have incorporated into the support that I provide. In addition, I enjoyed the lessons on hardware, as it included visuals that, again, reflected Mr. Mill's own experience working with them.
