I found the course easy to follow and understand. I feel like I have a solid foundational learning, which is what I wanted. My only challenge was some of the sections were a bit too much for me in one sitting, and it wasn't evident how to group them into logical smaller sections. I appreciate Jarrod (the instructor) making a few unintentional mistakes. It is like bonus material. First, it is a reminder that everyone makes mistakes which can be reassuring when learning new material. Second, it is helpful to see some troubleshooting (aka bonus material). Lastly, the FAQs included a reference to Jarrod's New Zealand accent. Thank you for "not doing anything about it." It added to my enjoyment of the class.

Audio was bad, video was bad, mistakes made by the trainer, connection to web site did not work, just overall not what I expected.
