About The Trainer
This PRINCE2 tutorial is presented by Tony Perks, who is a Principal Trainer and Consultant, specialising in lecturing and advising in all areas of Programme and Project Management and Control, including coaching and mentoring in MSP, PRINCE2, PPC, AgilePM, and PRINCE2Agile methodologies.
He has over 25 years project management experience and was formerly head of the Methods Development and Support Branch of the Central Computer & Telecommunications Agency – now the Office of Government Commerce, where he played a significant role in the original development and promotion of the PRINCE methodology.

Pretty good introduction to Prince2 by an experienced teacher. I really liked how the flip charts were used to make relationships and connections between multiple concepts visible and comprehensible. Flipping back and forth through the flip charts was sometimes a little bit confusing, but as concepts remain the same, you quickly get used to it. There were some repetitions (which is good though for internalizing the basics) and the structure was not always clear (although everthing is covered). All in all a course I really enjoyed with a good use of flipcharts and an instructor who really seems to have mastered the subject.

Clear and structures walkthrough of the material, with good examples that place the information in context. Also clear information about the exam style with tips of how to best prepare the for the exam. I did play all the videos in 1,25 speed which was a more comfortable speed for me.
