    It's good that I can do this at home. Wall space is limited so was using the closet door but it slides. Will need to refine the space I am working in. Only first session so will see how it goes.

    Some much knowledge and information about the pelvic floor. I have tight & weak pelvic floor muscles and doing in this course in combination with other things has helped me tremendously. Definitely recommend for anyone suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction.
