I assumed when the course was called "Advance" that it would be more than just basic terminology. I realized I should have sought out a college course for arranging and not an online one which did not require prior knowledge. I have a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition but it has been a very long time since then. I am looking to further my basic skills in arranging choral part writing and I realize I will have to look elsewhere. The gentlemen was difficult to understand and I was very grateful for the written dialogue on screen. I am sure this is great with someone with no prior music theory training to give them a basic understanding of how simple composition is created.
