Life Skills Course – Part 2 builds on the foundation from Part 1 and takes learners deeper into personal mastery. This course focuses on the internal processes that shape behavior, success, and long-term fulfillment—your subconscious programming, visualization habits, decision-making patterns, and your ability to take consistent action toward your goals.
Across 12 episodes, you will learn how to recondition self-talk, rewrite outdated mental programming, visualize success intentionally, strengthen emotional engagement with your goals, and take action using proven psychological models. You will also explore techniques for prioritizing effectively, overcoming fear, expanding your comfort zone, and making rational decisions even under pressure.
