Course Overview
課程內容:
教授學員認識與製作經典麵包類麵包,從而進一步提升學員製作麵包的技巧
入學條件:
i.小六程度(如學歷程度未達小六者,須通過入學筆試);及
ii.半年或以上飲食業工作經驗
訓練期:
30小時(每堂3.5-4小時,共8堂)

飲食業從業員的職業道德及操守,經典包製作理論基礎,墨西哥包、菠蘿包、咸牛肉包、辮包等經典包製作認識
