Course Overview
課程內容：
教授學員認識與製作經典麵包類麵包，從而進一步提升學員製作麵包的技巧
入學條件：
i.小六程度（如學歷程度未達小六者，須通過入學筆試）；及
ii.半年或以上飲食業工作經驗
訓練期：
30小時（每堂3.5-4小時，共8堂）
