Programme Features
This programme aims to equip students with professional knowledge and practical skills in artiste management, arts and cultural event execution, and promotion through diverse training. We aim to cultivate students' understanding of digital technology applications in the arts sector, while emphasizing practical abilities in event planning and arts and cultural venue management in order to preparing them to meet the rapid changes and future challenges in the arts and cultural industry.
Career Prospects
Graduates can develop their careers in the field of artiste management, arts and cultural venue operations and event marketing. They are competent to take up wide range of positions, such as Artiste Manager Assistant, Artist and Repertoire (A&R) Assistant, Music & Concert Promoter, Live Event Coordinator, Performing Arts Project Officer, Arts and Cultural Venue Assistant.
Professional Recognition
The programme will invite guest speakers from various professions and arrange related workplace attachments for students to enhance their professional knowledge and employability.
Students may be eligible to apply for student membership of the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA).
Notes: The revalidation of programme will be conducted in 2025. The curriculum will be updated if circumstances so warrant.
