(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Safety and Health Legislation(CA:EA, 40%:60%) (2) Fundamentals of Occupational Hygiene (CA:EA, 40%:60%) (3) Safety and Health Management (CA:EA, 50%:50%) (4) Audit and Accident Investigation (CA:EA, 50%:50%) (5) Risk Assessment, Inspection and Integrity (CA:EA, 40%:60%) (6) Engineering Safety (CA:EA, 40%:60%) (B) Course Completion Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark: 50% (2) Passing mark for each assessment item / module: (i) Safety and Health Legislation: 50% (ii) Fundamentals of Occupational Hygiene: 50% (iii) Safety and Health Management: 50% (iv) Audit and Accident Investigation: 50% (v) Risk Assessment, Inspection and Integrity: 50% (vi) Engineering Safety: 50% (3) Attendance requirement: 70% (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Attendance Requirement: 70% (for each module) (2) Overall passing mark: 50% (for each module)

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(1) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with one years’ work experience; or (2) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with two years’ work experience; or (3) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme, or equivalent, with one year’s work experience or currently employed; or (4) Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above with at least two years' relevant work experience, may also be accepted. Where appropriate, may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form.

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
A relevant recognized degree, or equivalent; and 3 years' relevant experience.
